A sandy beach wouldn't be much use to this guy, nature has provided him with some serious poking shit to get in amongst the rocks.
And these are much more interesting than 10,000 billion grains of sand.......
..........and not to be outdone by Ms. Toastburner, a good Scottish Shag........ or is it a Cormorant?
Let's see the average beach bum stretch out on that! Lovely beaches.
ReplyDeleteRocks do have their beauty its true but a soft sandy beach is best for sunbathing. Nice birds on that rocky shore.
ReplyDeleteVery, very nice Neil. Love the rocks.
ReplyDeleteWith my shag and your shag we could, like banjos, have dueling shags. Gots me six fingers, you?
I love your rocky beaches! We have some of those, too, and I find them very fascinating. These are marvelous shots as always, Neil! Love the birds!
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
Sylvia
I like the rocky beach
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos, if it attracts more birds i would be for the rocky beaches too. But once ina while the sandy beaches are OK.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your scenic Sunday.
...... tick a ting ting ting ting ting ting ting........!
ReplyDeleteSandy beaches for me, I'm afraid. Beaches with rocks aren't really beaches. What do kids do, build rock castles? But great photos.
ReplyDeleteNice rocky Beach!
